Why cant i login my Samsung account on my A14?

I have reached a dead end with loging in my Samsung account on my galaxy A14 as it requires me to enter a number and when i do is brings up a server error... this has frustrated me as i cant log into Samsung health

I came across many phones showing the same error, if you had not registered/ created your account, create it through Samsung website on any browser or on another Samsung account, make sure you link your phone number during the process, then login back on your a14

If the error persists Clear Cache and Data for Samsung Account App
Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Account.
Tap Storage, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.Try logging in again.

Or reset network settings ,,or switch to wifi or data
