Where is my ram going

For some reason when ever I go to device care and clear my ram half of it is still being used to run sumthing and I don't know what it is. My phone doesn't even tell me where it's going it just takes my ram. 

When ever I play a game in about 5 mins it will crash. If any one knows how to fix this, I would appreciate ur feedback.

How much RAM do you have on your phone? System applications and some recent applications use your RAM as they will be running in the background.
