What can I do if my phone doesn't open Bluetooth and Wifi

My phone doesn't open WiFi and Bluetooth

Soft restart.

Restart the whole phone like from the scratch ?

Swipe down to quick settings panel- tap Power icon- Restart.

Just restart the phone

Reboot the device. You can reboot the device by holding down the volume down button and the power button for 5-7 seconds until the screen goes black and then allow the phone to switch on by itself. Once it is set up and you put in your passcode you should be able to turn on your Bluetooth and wifi.
