Look what istore online store does. Why cant you get online contracts on the samsung store. Just look how cheap is the cases,and there are a plethora to choose from and from different brands,not just proprietary cases like samsung. I went to samsung complaints - tellus@samsung and complained on their Instagram page about the members page unresponsiveness next I will try korea,we have expensive devices and invested in this company and we need feedback at the very least
