Those are stickers, not gifs. I also have stickers. I'm referring to the gifs from Tenor and Giphy that are in this photo below that I found from someone else. The same gifs we use on social media.

It seems that the situation with gifs is the same as what happened with Good Lock. African countries don't have access to gifs on the keyboard. Samsung doesn't take African countries seriously.
