Unknown incoming calls

Hi guys my incoming calls always reads as unknown even from people who I have their numbers,  any help

Are you on contract or prepaid?

If you're on contract, contact your contract provider, they will fix it for you at a chargeable rate

Hi, Zinto kindly follow the steps below.

1. From the home screen swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap on the Phone Dialer application.
3. 3 dots on the upper right.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select Other call settings.
6. Tap the switch next to Show caller information.

If you have your contacts backed up on Google or Samsung try sync and redownloading the contacts
