Is there anyway, One can ensure that their battery life it's still healthy

You can check under settings - battery and device care, click on battery. There you'll find battery info. You can also configure battery charge and usage settings under "more battery settings"

The only way to see is to look at its performance and monitor how long it lasts you should be able to notice if it draining faster than usual.These phones will tell you your battery is fine even if its degrading

Use this members app and go to diagnostics in support. If you have a picture like attached then your battery is good. If it says anything else then the battery is bad and should be replaced.
