Good Day

I've been experiencing an issue with my Galaxy S20 Ultra, I'm hoping somebody can help me or advice me on what to do. In the last three days, my phone notified me that my internal storage is full, that is 128GB/128GB. So I did what everybody else would do, and I begun clearing unwanted videos/documents/files etc. After the first day of doing so, my storage went down to 119GB/128GB. Happy with me first efforts I left it as such and I promised myself to continue at later stage. Anyway yesterday before even using much of my phone, my storage notification came up and said there's not much space remaining. I checked and it was back at around 126GB/128GB. Surprised to see it increase so rapidly, I went to check and it was once again "storage full", so thereafter I decided to delete more videos as well as other things. Once done my storage was down to 122GB/128GB. I was pleased and continued with my day.
Today towards late afternoon, I got the notification that my storage is almost full and within seconds it notified me that my storage is completely full, meaning 128GB/128GB. Barely anything was downloaded from any social media nor from any other platform or app or from photo shooting or making or taking videos. To my understanding not even 1GB or 2GB of storage was added.
My recycle bin was cleared and furthermore all the things which I deleted has not returned.
I'm not at all sure how my storage is filling up so quickly without me adding files as well as what is filling it up.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice what I should do or how to correct the issue?
Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

Thank You.

Evening Reece, thank you for your reply. However I'm still facing somewhat of difficulty on my end.
I'm unable to find the android device folder even after searching for it. Do you perhaps know where I could find it?
Or a step by step procedure of what needs to be done, would help me a lot.

Thank you.

Also I use CCleaner it's about R14,99 a month a it works like a charm it will search and find all the unnecessary folders and files for you and you can just select which ones you want to keep and which ro delete it also deletes your hidden and visible cache memory which is automated so it save you having to go into apps and delete each cache for each app. Hope you come right.
