Spam Complaint

Samsung Members is a great app with a great community. In this app we meet as Samsung Members to assist each other and give each other tips. But the app is ridden by spam content all over. Honestly when I open the app and look at recent posts I see spam all over my feed and immediately lose the motivation to scroll any further

It's about time Samsung enforces some regulations and appoint administrators to deal with these spams. It's really ruining the app experience.

And its been update after update but no one at Samsung is addressing it😭

What do you think can be done with all this spam and sh1t being posted on this platform? It's becoming a hair in my poephol.

The moderators usually come by once a month if they feel it necessary 🤷 they will randomly comment on a few posts out of the blue then disappear again.

If they can not frequently moderate the spam post, then let Samsung use some variant of the Galaxy AI to detect and eliminate spam content from the community. It won't be 100% accurate, but it's going to reduce the spam to some extent

They definitely can, the same way curse words or certain words are marked as **bleeps** they can ban posts with certain triggers.

The problem would be that spam content has too many ways to be rephrased. But im sure they can use machine learning to pick up all those ways and detect spam.

I feel as though Samsung doesn't give enough care and attention to Samsung Members when it's such a great app. Such an app is only unique to Samsung users but they couldn't care less
