Songs won't download

Hello guys can someone please help me fix this problem? So I tried to download songs on my phone, I got notification that they got downloaded but when I open samsung music they are not there, and in files in downloads section they don't appear too, if I download anything other than music they always show in files but songs they never appear there, I have been having this problem for a week now, I even reset factory my phone, everything worked fine until it happened again, it passed only one day when I reset my phone and it happened again, if anyone has a solution please tell me because I can't use any other music apps except for samsung music.
