I have not received May security update for my note 10+. I don't really know why.

Its strange because Samsung promised monthly security patch updates even my wife who uses a A70 received her april update

Yes, sometimes. Update is also due to regions

I have A30 dual sim 128 gig on android9 seems dont want to update android software reseted phone to factory but still android 9 on phone wife same phone but hers update regular now on android 10 what must i do to get update?,,,

There could be more than one reasons for this. Update depend on regions. To start with, where did you buy your phone? You need to manually check for update and see if it is available. Another way is, download smart switch app and install it on your PC and connect it to your phone and check for update
