Smartthings routine/automation sync issue

Hello everyone, i have facing issues with my modes and routine app, as my routine app is not showing my smartthings routine under ROUTINE OPTION- THEN- control smartthings- *routines*. I have around 6 routines on my smartthings app and i am not able to set it up because it doesnt show under the mode and routine app routine option.

Also its showing previous routines which i dltd today. 

Is there anyway to force sync or refresh it. 

I had the issue with smart things but i was able to go to link accounts- select tuya services and refresh. All my smart devices are in tuya so i make automation in tuya and force add them to smart things. Earlier till last week everything was working fine but then all of sudden all my routines under modes and routine app connected with smartthings stopped working. Would really appreciate if u guys could help.

I cleared data of mode and routine still it dint update. Lets hope someone helps.

Hello,

Please submit an error report to the technical team via Samsung members app > get help page > error reports section.
Choose one of the categories, and type the issue that you're facing to them, but make sure to send your device's logs.
To send the device logs, please follow the below:
Press and hold Samsung members Icon > Then tap on Error reports > Select category of your report > Make sure that "Send Log Data" is selected to help resolve your inquire > Describe your problem in details > Change the frequency to whatever you prefer > Then send it.
