By delete all your cards after that delete the application. And then reinstall the application and reactivate your cards. I do that and the issue gone

Hi JaveedAli67, sorry to hear your Wallet app is acting up on your S24 Ultra! This 'auto-opening' followed by a crash usually indicates a software glitch or a conflict with the NFC sensor.

Here are a few steps that often resolve this:

Clear App Cache & Data: * Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet. Tap Storage, then tap Clear Cache. If it still crashes, try Clear Data (Note: You may need to sign back in and re-verify your cards afterward). Check NFC Settings: * Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payments. Ensure it is toggled On. Tap on 'Contactless payments' and make sure Samsung Wallet is selected as the default. Update the App: * Open the Galaxy Store, tap Menu (bottom right), and go to Updates. Ensure Samsung Wallet and 'Samsung Checkout' are fully updated. Force Restart: * Hold the Volume Down and Side key simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the phone reboots. This can clear out minor system loops.

If none of these work, sending that error report shown in your screenshot is the best way for the developers to see exactly what is triggering the crash on your specific device!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that Samsung Wallet is auto-opening on your Galaxy S24 Ultra, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please try the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage and clear cache and data.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Make sure your device software and Samsung Wallet app are updated to the latest version.
  4. Uninstall Samsung Wallet and reinstall it again from the Galaxy Store.

If the issue continues after these steps, please visit the nearest Samsung service center so the device software can be checked. You can find the nearest service center using the link below:

Please feel free to reach us any time for further assistance.
