It's yet again disappointing to see the high number of people complaining about lack of speed and on-time delivery of the patch updates. My S21 is still sitting on the 1st June update and we're now in August. Why is the roll out process of these updates such a constipated process? Cellphone security is an important issue for everyone. Come Samsung, try to improve this.
Hi Tsogo, thanks for reaching out but it might be a good idea to explain to Samsung users how the update process actually works. This way it will help people understand how the process really works. It's simple. Explain how the roll out process is implemented. Users deserve an explanation. Perhaps post the steps on the Samsung Members app.
Please trust me you are ok like that without this August update, this uodate is so disappointing once you update your s21 turn to be a J1 ...the fast and super charger doesn't work anymore and the phone start to heat up to such an extend that you can't hold it
