I'm writing this post to find out if anyone has the same **bleep** problem with the PayJoy app.
I've paid off my Samsung device but this app still has administrative control over the entire system. Does anyone have an idea of what to do in this case? HELP ME (for free👀).

Have you tried contacting payjoy over this issue?

If you've done the clearing of data and admin privileges then you just need to email them and just tell them of the problem

I had a similar issue before. Make sure you've cleared the app's data and removed its admin rights from Settings > Security > Device admin apps. If that doesn't work, contacting PayJoy support is the best move. Good luck!

So far I did this, but contacting Payjoy is a hassle on its own because the line is always busy you know the story...

Yeah, I get that. Their line is always jammed. Maybe try sending them an email instead it usually gets a quicker response than calls
