When is Samsung doing something with this stupid uncontrollable pop-up every time you open the galaxy store? Tsogo ?

Galaxy Store > Setting > Toggle Off "Get News and Special Offers" is my best guess.

Is the "Do not show again" greyed out (not an option)?

Not even. I don't know what's the point of it because regardless how many times you press it, the popup keep coming back

Yeah, I get what you mean. I think it often occurs with regions where you can make purchases because I don't get that.

One last thing, try to turn off "customisation service" if it's on. Otherwise I suspect it is is a Samsung issue.
