According to Samsung site, Galaxy s8+ supports Samsung pay.
Can't download Samsung pay app from Galaxy store, could download from Google play store but app says phone not compatible with Samsung pay.

Been using Samsung pay on my Galaxy note 8 for some time now, its suppose to work on Galaxy S8+ aswell.
