Good day Samsung how are you.s today I would appreciate if someone could let me know what is the delay for the Samsung galaxy A14 android 14 upgrade i would like to know we will receive the android 14 upgrade here in South Africa for the Samsung galaxy A14 or A145F 

1 Why is it that the Samsung galaxy A24 users here in South Africa are the first lot of people or customers to receive the android 14 upgrade which I find is totally unacceptable and unfair we should all the android 14 upgrade at same or a month or 2 apart from one another not having wait so long 

2.what is the reason for all these delays 

3.You.s really need to speed up your software rollout process procedure for software updates

Good luck, and I feel your pain. Us with S22 devices are still waiting, too. Realistically, we don't know when we'll get it because Samsung doesn't provide actual answers or deadlines, just generic responses that don't help.

Samsung does not care about it's customers, this should be a lesson learned.
