Purchased font expired???

I bought a font for my galaxy phone some time back. Today when I tried to install it on a new phone it tells me maximum usage and that I have to purchase it AGAIN! This was NEVER mention at the time of purchase. Is this legal???

Ive tried getting fonts on my phone and it never works...unless its a premium font amp

Not sure about expiration on fonts but I've experienced sometimes that a certain font that I had on previous phone won't take on the current phone
