Make sure to start typing the model name of your phone in the search bar then, select your phone model on the suggestion list.

Then select the appropriate csc for your device. I think it's VZW based on the screenshot you provided above and I can't see XAA.

It can, depending on if you load HOME_CSC or CSC in Odin. That will determine if your data stays or gets erased. Always backup data to be safe..
