One UI 5.1 update compromises battery performance

I updated my phone 5 days ago and since then I've had to change my phone more than 3 times a day.

When I used to charge it once and sometimes twice. Samsung please fix

If you dont want to factory reset...

Try resetting the phones cache ,

You have to enter recovery mode for this.

(You'll have to connect to a PC via USB , if youre not around one, a TV will do ...

Power off the device, then

Hold the volume up button and power button

As soon as you see the Samsung logo, take your finger off the power key whilst keeping the vol + button pressed

Youll then enter recovery mode,

Select WIPE CACHE and follow the prompts, after that select REBOOT SYSTEM

I'm suffering from the same issue, only found out days later about a battery drain bug,

Waiting for the March security patch now hoping it will fix it
