One UI 4.0 Issues

Hi 

I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and ever since the new One UI 4.0 update I have experienced

- Heavy battery drain.

- Whatsapp calls are not working. ( I cant hear or see anyone on the other side)

- Facebook Messanger calls aren't working too.

- Instagram calls are not working too.

- A lot of people have been telling me that there is an echo from my side on normal calls.

Has anyone had these issues and if so is there anyway to fix it ?

I've just backed up and deleted my Whatsapp, reinstalled it and I see my battery life is back to normal. It might help

How long ago did you do the update?

A few weeks, but I deleted and reinstalled whatsapp, it seems to be working now

Hi, mohamed_wania kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
