Notification sound

Guys anyone who can advise me please, I'm using a Samsung A32 5G but my problem is there's no sound notification when I get a WhatsApp message, nothing at all. The notification tone is on though.

Hi, Bhungane please follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Volume.
4. Increase Notifications volume.
