No network connection on an A20

Hi guys....umm my Sumsang A20 don't want to work on any Network anymore I tried many simcards but still no connection it connects only when using WIFI what could be the problem because when the sim cards are out on another phone thy work....

1.Turn off Airplane mode
2. Turn Airplane mode on and off again.
3. Turn of wifi.
4. Restart your device.
5. Update your phone operating system.
6.Check if your cell service provider is down.
7. Check your mobile service account..
8. Check your provider's network coverage.

My network coverage is good
Cell service Is not down
Phone operating system is all updated

Take it to a technician brother..or reset back to factory settings.
