I did the software update today, after the update finished, my phone now says that there is no sim card inserted. Is there anyone else having the same problem?
I restarted my phone a couple of times, cleaned the sim slot and the sim but still the same.
When you swap the sim card, do you get a whole new number? I'm in Colombia, got a sim on an old phone, finally got it working and then after doing the update, it doesn't work unless I'm connected to WiFi. It's so frustrating!
My Samsung M42 giving same problem after upgrade. After restart there is cross out coming for both sim network. tried by resetting the network but still didn't worked. Showed phone to mobile repair center. They changed the network IC but after restart again cross out network. After opening phone and removing and reconnecting battery cable fix the problem until net reboot.
