There is a reason why most Samsung phones lag even up to the flagships and the answer is simple...Adaptive battery.What it does is throttle performance in order to save battery. After i switched off my adaptive battery all lag has been removed
Also do these additional changes to your system and settings 1 go to settings>Apps>select show system apps>find system ui and toggle battery to unrestricted,find android system and One UI home and do the same
2nd(As i mentioned first switch off adaptive battery) 3.Go to developer setting and change both animation scale and animation duration etc to 0x5 speed. 4.Switch off ram plus 5.Go to developer settings and find suspend execution for cached apps and select disable Lastly restart your device.
Note.All these settings is to promote performance over battery life once you made the changes.So know that your battery life might decrease but your performance of your phone will be better
I have an A13 too and changing these settings worked for me
