I've placed an order for samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5G phantom brown colour, on approximately Today 12-05-2021 at 12AM UAE Time, on Samsung.com/ae, and I've recieved a confirmation email with order ID as well! The payment option choosed was EMI option. The Order date Shown on the Confirmation Email is 11-05-2021. And when I check the my orders section under samsung.com/ae it say no orders found! And I couldn't track the order with my email and order ID as well too. If somebody knows anything about this or about what should I do, please do help.
Even me I Bought this S21 Ultra, its been 3rd week still on customizing, the message is "Your Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is being customized!" but its been so long pleace update your customers the price is not a game..
