How to upgrade s21 Ultra

My s21 Ultra does not want to go to vision 14 it leeps saying that its upto date so how can i upgrade it to ONE Ul6.1 family

What changes have you made prior to this update not coming through on your 21 Ultra? Alot of people changed CSC to get A14 OneUI6 this breaks OTA updates as a whole and the only way to fix is to flash your CSC versions Latest firmware.

If your s21 Ultra isn't getting updates and you never changed the CSC, I wouldn't advise you to do so at all. Rather, get the phone checked out at a Samsung retailer first or trustworthy 3rd party repair shop.

What is CSC Bro

The CSC is your phones Country Specific Code - this is the software your phone gets based on your CSC. You change it using SamFWtool if you want another country's software version on your phone, or some people changes it to get updates early.

Not all CSC's are compatible with your device, and you could end up softbrick it.
