Unfortunately, you can’t download it directly on the Samsung TV because it is not supported. You can try the following, not sure if it will work though.
Install Google Chrome on a Samsung Smart TV without Android
Step 1: From the browser of your Smart TV search and open Google Chrome.
Step 2: Add it to favorites by clicking on the star, which is on the right side of the top bar.
Step 3: Click on the option to add to "local TV", the star will turn yellow.
Step 4: Click on "Exit".
Step 5: Position yourself in the menu that gives you internet access and press the upper arrow on your control; you'll be on Google again. If not, go to the "Favorites" option and then to the Google Chrome shortcut.
