Could you please clarify the rumors regarding the potential transition from One UI to GalaxyOS?

It would be a new OS to replace OneUI. It would have a better code to better optimze the OS and would make everything about it more consistant. It would like around 2028 but appart from that its just rumors and nothing is confirmed yet and all information regarding it is still very limited.

I would not look into rumours. Because it's a rumour, not something that is confirmed to happen.
