Do I need to update all of the apps again or do they update into fine lock or is this going to be me download in apks all the time

If you have access to the Galaxy Store in a supported region, you can update Good Lock modules directly there.

If you're in a region where Good Lock is unavailable, Fine Lock remains the only option.

Fine Lock can notify you when updates for your installed modules are available, but you’ll still need to manually download and install them.
That's if you are in a supported region
