How can I send feedback to samsung team for software updates

4. Write your feedback, suggestions, or concerns regarding software updates.

Just click the Support option in Samsung Members app then select the feedback option or the ask questions option

But Samsung will not give you an actual answer regarding the actual date you will get the 6.1 update
