go check your Samsung cloud in settings,turn sync off,and then delete it in the gallery,check Google cloud as well,if you have the Google photos app installed

I qualified on my contract upgrade for a new Samsung 32 Inch TV. Well I dont know about you there is more excuses at this time why I cant get it. Between consultants and Samsung verify there is know communication. Since Samsung came into this country I have had a product from the company. Good products. But......service......

I also got the same feedback when I followed up with samsung. they told me that they are still verifying my documents, that was 30th Nov 2020. something is fishy here. I went through the same struggle when I claimed for my Galaxy Buds
