Camera failure

I have the camera failure option on my s21 ultra what can I do

Tried it a million times
Even hard reseted the my phone but still experiencing the error

Nope never dropped it .never got it wet I'm extremely careful with it but ...it breaks my heart

It was new im the first person to use it I took it for checking n they said it's fine but still experiencing the camera failure

I got my last update on the 1st of April
