Annoying problems and glitches with system ui and system process and settings

This is really and truly getting annoying Samsung that you.s haven't yet fixed or rectified these problems

That is solely caused by running many apps on the background while also surfing the internet with an immense amount of traffic at the same time

You should at least close background apps and restrict those apps that run in the background even when you're not using them

I have all applications closed I still experiencing these problems
