What I don't understand is why can't Samsung just be transparent and tell us this... Samsung customer relationship management is horrible.

Be transparent and honest instead if telling everyone to connect their phone to Samsung Switch...

Agreed, they not very clued up all round. Was having a setting issue with my phone and they couldn't help me. Still struggling with it to this day
