Hi, The phone turned a black screen all the sudden ! Nothing could waked it up! All side keys the two touch screen as if died. After the last update, the phone started lagin, jamming frequently and unexpectedly crushes in the middle of any tasks..

Follow the guide to enter recovery mode and choose:
"wipe Cache Partition"


DO NOT choose wipe data/factory reset, that will give you a fresh install and you'll lose all of your valuable data.

I pressed the side and lower key for 10 sec till turned off, followed by side and up keys for 10 again..

No option displayed, it was restarted only.

Hi,

You have to turn off your phone, then either connect your USB-C headset or connect the device to a computer, then press and hold power and volume up button together to enter recovery mode.

Then use Volume key to move to "wipe cache" and press "power button" to select.

This will only wipe your device cache. No data will be harmed.
