So my phone ( samsung galaxy s20+) battery gets empty and i charged it. When its fully charged, i turned it on and its not connecting to our wifi. It says cannot authenticate wifi. I tried connecting to our wifi extender upstair and it connect in seconds but does not connect to the main wifi. What is the problem? I already tried restarting my phone and the router but it didnt solve the problem. Pls help me.

Open SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS > press RESET SETTINGS.

This will reset all your network preferences, saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth data will get deleted. Once reset is complete, reconnect to your Wi-Fi.

Check out routers setup page whether your device is blocked or black listed.

Hi there,

Would be best to bring the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to see how best to resolve the issue.
