May be you have the exynos version which has a different cpu and some other minor differences but in a matter of time the update of nougat will be out for exynos but it is already out for snapdragon snap Dragon is made in UAE and exynos is made in other European or American countries

that's the opposite, Exynos is for Europe and is imported to UAE, Snapdragon is for USA.
