update error

I can't update my phone and don't know what to do. (no rooted or install custom Rom.)
plz help.

yes maybe u root ur mobile or u install custom Rom thats why

flash ur Mobile With Odin official Rom and then u can update ur mobile

its a bug. But it seems to be a big secret around here, but the solution is very simple and only a couple of taps and 2 seconds!!!!

no this is not root problem. this hapened to me too but i resolved by clearing cache from boot menu ! then try to update again.
