how can I use s7 as projector. is there any application should I install to let it work

no you cannot. samsung released galaxy s beam and beam 2 with projector features but not in s7.
so the only way to project the display from your s7 is to buy a portable projector compatible for andriod phones.

you can bu connecting it directly with projector using HDMI cable
