I think it is more practical to have a torch quick access icon here than a call icon like iPhone. Samsung should've already done it by now.

hi, that toggle has been made available with one ui 2.0 android 10 update.

if you have the version check MittuVichu's comment on how to change it.

if your device has not recieved the update yet, wait for it to arrive and then follow the above mentioned comment's steps.

lastly, if your device is not listed on the android 10 update list (if you have s8 or below), you sadly wont be able to set the toggle.
