microphone problem

sometime my microphone stop working.i can't able to send voice msg on whatsapp and even i can't able to record voice msg.but when i make phone call it start working.how can i solve this problem

Try restarting the phone as well as the app.

when i restart the phone then its start working.but why this problem is coming again and again.i just bought my phone 2 month before.
