My S24 Ultra not allowing eSim,

It must be carrier locked.

Unfortunately it's not, if you search capabilities using IMEI it states it's capable

The device possesses the capability to connect to an eSIM; however, regional restrictions may prevent its use. For instance, I once purchased an S21 that was designed for a specific Korean network, and it only allowed eSIM connectivity for that particular network.

What error does it give you? My s24 plus is working with esim.
