There is no such setting directly.

There are some methods to change product code but not official and could be risky for new user.

My S23 is also bought in India and using in UAE without any issues so far.

If such a change is made, you will most likely lose India specific apps or functionality. I suggest you approach a Samsung Authorized centre for some consultation.

Alternatively, you can ask Samsung support via the Members app [Support] tab, and see what they say. All the best.

The mobile was working well in the UAE. When I returned to India, I brought the Samsung from the UAE to India, and it showed features and programs that are not available in the UAE. You can change location, all you have to do is: Login to Samsung account, enter your account and then modify the profile. And make a change.
