Cant create secure folder on s8 plus and i was using it before..does anyone know the solution??

Hi,

Kindly try to long press the Secure Folder icon for one second then select App Info > Force stop, then select > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data, "This will delete your Secure folder stored data".

Then restart the device by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will Not delete any data from the device.

After that try to open your secure folder to set it up again.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible. To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.

I am currently using s21 ultra which is in full stock rom . The problem is i can not create secure folder . Every time i try to open it says : (if it keeps happening, contact customer service . The post i am replying says to clear data and restart, i followed all the instructions but it keeps happening . what should i do ?

I have same problem, I updated my s22 ultra to android 13 and factory reset the device and then try to set secure folder but it says" if its keep happening try to contact customer care service". 

Please reply in this regard....

This is Attaullah Batoor. From Afghanistan.

Yes, my phone was rooted Before I bought It and I didn't Knew what was rooting. when I knew what is rooting then I try to unroot my device but unfotunatly my phone was stucked in lockscreen. I tried to solve this issue by myself but i couldn't. Then i went to a technician he said to me i will fix it but your data will lose, i sayed ok just fix it. After a hour he fixed my phone and he unroot it also i was very happy but nowadays I'm facing with some issues like i can't update my phone without samsung smart switch, and i cant use secure folder the main issue is this. can you help me to solve my issue? 

And my another question is, I'm a student from Afghanistan and i cant keep qiute when im loosing my data because i have already lost my data one time, so what is your advice to change this phone or not? Thank you

However, please try to reset all the settings from the settings >General/ General management> Reset > Reset all settings.

And, If the issue persists, you should recheck the matter with the service center.

I have a similar problem, in my phone I try to create the secure folder but I doesn't and a message appear saying "If this keeps happening, contact Customer Service." What do I do
