I received messages yesterday that the delivery was on its way. Was delayed apparently but is due day. Also ordered a case yesterday with my voucher which is also due today. Not bad service💯💋

The voucher came via SMS and email. The notification for the gifts came via SMS with a link to Courierit tracking. The notification for my case was via email from Samsung with a link to the website and tracking of the delivery. I seem to be the one who has sailed through the whole process unscathed💓Bear in mind I only ordered the case at 06h45 yesterday morning💯

I also received the cover that I bought with the voucher within 2 days. However the buds and other gift no communication on the delivery as yet 🤔

i am also still waiting for any feedback on the buds pro since 27 Jan. i am also getting an error when trying to verify imea for the care+ upgrade "UNSUPPORTED_EULA_ACKNOWLEGDE_DATE".

any help please?

I did. Voucher was sent last week, free gifts on Wednesday, and S pen this morning. Chat with them and query when it was validated. For me it took 5 days after I chose my colour buds for delivery. I hadn't received any message from courier it hence it was unexpected. I know people who submitted their Vodacom invoices had a problem with validation and had to resubmit. So this should also be a time factor
