I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 and was admitted to hospital in the 30 day period to enroll for Samsung care. I was told that I need to contact the third-party company who told me to contact Samsung. For the love of God I was admitted to hospital and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Nobody gives a **bleep** and it's not like I'm asking to get it anything for free I'm going to pay for Samsung care.
