I was told to pre order so I could qualify for the buds pro,smart tag and S PEN cover. Got a reference number saying I would get goods with 7 to 14 working days.  I got approved 27 January and still never received the gifts as well when I called the call center number numerous of times I get Rotten Service especially from agent Siya Khasali who lies to customers and they should pull his calls to hear how useless he is and how he lies to consumers as well as his colleague Sibusiso that can't even work there system to track reference numbers

Stop badmouthing people unneccessarily. You will get your free gifts in time. i claimed mine on 28 Jan and only got them last week, but i did call daily and send emails daily to verify@samsung.com and zaestore@samsung.com

I am sure Samsung is doing their best to deliver on so many promotion items, granted they can sharpen up their customer service centre, but they will deliver on their promises.

customers should not be lied to over the calls and given false information. yes maybe there's back logs then the right thing to do is inform customers correctly not lie to them and giving them other customers references numbers for goods been delivered

All i suggest is that you calm down, take a deep breath and then continue with your claim and communications via emails to the addresses i provided above. Make sure you attach screenshots of your claim and also check ypur junk folder on your email for any possible mails received from Samsung. My confirmation mail, and other peoples as well, were in our junk folders.

You will receive a nice surprise.

Will do if they arrive . I've sent the email to those addresses with proof of purchase and reference number that was approved. let's see how long from now

Just make 100% sure the dates and other info are clearly visible on your proof of purchase. Then send follow up mails every day and make sure to put read receipts on as well.

I understand your frustrations as my brother hasn't even received the buds+ from the s20 series promotion. All they said was that the matter has been escalated and under investigation. No response till date.

With regards to the S21, I claimed on the 24th of January and got validated on the 27th as well. And to my surprise received my gifts on the 3rd of February. There are major discrepancies in delivery time for customers. And unfortunately some customers don't receive their gifts through this system of claiming. They need to change this system and instead give the gifts with the phone upon purchase.

But e-mail them and CC zaestore@samsung.com, cpgs@samsung.com, tellus@samsung.com, verify@samsung.com. That's what I did. Not saying that it'll work but give it a try. Good luck
