Galaxy SI am sure Samsung is doing their best to deliver on so many promotion items, granted they can sharpen up their customer service centre, but they will deliver on their promises.

Galaxy SWith regards to the S21, I claimed on the 24th of January and got validated on the 27th as well. And to my surprise received my gifts on the 3rd of February. There are major discrepancies in delivery time for customers. And unfortunately some customers don't receive their gifts through this system of claiming. They need to change this system and instead give the gifts with the phone upon purchase.
But e-mail them and CC zaestore@samsung.com, cpgs@samsung.com, tellus@samsung.com, verify@samsung.com. That's what I did. Not saying that it'll work but give it a try. Good luck
