Why we didn't get now breif on s24 in ul07

Why didn't we get a briefing on S24 in UL07, and now the bar is only for 25, or do we need to do something to activate it?

I have the Now Bar on my S23 Ultra.

Trying going to settings and search "now bar" then select it. Could be turned off because mine was off by default
